Friday night was the perfect "goodbye". I can't remember the last time I have laughed so much. Of course now I sit at work with tears in my eyes (partially because of post below) thinking about what a huge impact the two of you have had in my life, in so many positive ways. I don't think I would ever be as cool as I am if it weren't for you guys. JK JK JK...but honestly. I could go on forever, but really I'd just like to say....
"Gonna take the life that took me away from you... There's nothing that a hundred men or leprechauns could ever do...I've touched the rains down in Ireland...."

I want to grow up to be like you guys! I find myself looking at this blog every day now just to listen to that infectious song and see where the retirees are today. I was so choked up over the kids (whom I have never met) that I had to walk away....I am such a wimp. I am now able to view the blog without welling up or as Aidan would say..."my eyes are leaking". Dale and I have contemplated hitching a flight for the game this weekend...don't think we have ruled it out yet!

Dear C & K - Becky told me about your blog space - now I can attempt to put into writing my appreciation for what the two of you have done for Becky! You've recognized the talent that she possess - and, yes, mom will say she is most talented -- and, how giving of herself she is! You have stood by her on that side of town when hurts have come her way - while I felt so helpless at my desk on the opposite side of the bay. You have shown her what real friendship entails -- there no matter what! You have supported the adverturous side of Becky - something that is not easy for me as the mom to do -- and, our gal traveled off to Italy!!! Talk about exhausting God with prayers! We will miss the "Kelly & Chris" stories coming to us from Becky regarding work & play -- so, we will now look forward to hearing from you as you travel one of the most beautiful areas of the world! And, yes, I hope to be able to say, "Kelly, we're on our way" as I have relatives in Ireland that I've never met and my darling husband promises that I will someday. God's blessings on you both - and His arms around you two each & every day! Love, Deb

Awwwww, Debbie, thanks! We both think Becky is so funny and smart, creative and genuine and we just love her to death. She stands as an amazing testimony to your momma skillz - you done good lady!! I have always thought that coming from a big loving family is the greatest gift and I think that's maybe how I recognized a kindred spirit in Becky right away.
Hope to see her, you and any others in your clan come our way.
